Charley Harper's Condominium, Bear, Red & Fed

Thanks to Todd Oldham, Charley Harper has another huge fan. I find Charley's work inspiring. He described his style as minimal realism, "I don't count the feathers on the wings. I count the wings." His work is so joyful and whimsical. Often times, the titles of his pieces revealed his sense of humor. Honestly, I have a hard time trying to figure out which of his images to represent him. I just love them so much. For more info http://www.charleyharperprints.com

  1. i remember this artist. my sister cathy had a book, i don't remember the subject of it, but it had the same minimalist animals. this was when i was probably in preschool or kindergarten...it's the dots for eyes...i think it may have been a science book of some kind. cool.
